Description: Redesigned and consolidated all public communications (signage) redesigned to improve traffic flow and responsiveness to patrons, and ambiance, for BYU Testing Center, Heber J. Grant Building on BYU campus.

Project involve a month-long location video shoot in Voronezh, Moscow, and St. Petersburg, Russia. (~$120,000)

Software: Tele-learning System, May 1983 – Jun 1985
Description: Telecommunications system using standard telephone lines and computers with light pens for synchronous distance education system connecting Dixie College in St. George, Utah with rural schools in Tropic, Panguitch, and Escalante, Utah. For Garfield County School District, Panguitch, UT and Utah State Office of Education, Salt Lake City, UT. Software was written in compiled BASIC and 6502 Assembly Language. (~$35,000).
